Brilliant places discover information you always/never wanted to know, or self indulgent domains of doom? See, on the one hand, they can allow us to access up to the minute updates on whatever we find compelling and interesting. On the other hand they convince pretentious people like these http://tweetingtoohard.com/ that people actually care about their exploits.
